A Fidorable Hug

Believing children can have lots of creative and beautiful things while beautifying the world around them, I use only upcycled and recycled sweaters, shirts, pants, blankets, etc and scrapes of gifted-fabric for my creatures.

Often I use soft mohair, recycled sweaters cut and mixed with polyfil stuffing to fill and fluff each creature. As I am new to this side of the pond (Europe/Italy), I am still working on finding a suitable, completely recycled stuffing for every animal I made.

The button eyes are vintage buttons from several different aunts and grandmothers in the USA and Italy. I love my collection.

Each fidorable is hug-tested prior to being released into the wilderness. I am proud to say every one has been perfectly huggable thus far!
